The Omicron Gamma Gamma of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated in conjunction with the Bridge Foundation will be hosting its’ annual Talent Hunt Program. The event is one of our fraternity’s nationally mandated programs. The program’s inception began in 1953 to foster the development of the fine arts in minority youths. The program provides exposure, encouragement, and financial assistance to talented young men and women across America.

In an effort to promote this year’s talent hunt, we are asking for your assistance by selecting representatives from your school, church, or organization. In an attempt to create an exciting competition, we are limiting the performances to classical, gospel, and jazz. The location of the program will be finalized soon. The tentative date is February 20, 2022.

The first-place winner will earn the opportunity to represent our chapter during the North Texas Metroplex Area Talent Hunt, and possibly the 85th Ninth District Meeting in Dallas, Texas. There are additional prizes and scholarships made available to the winners of those events. The overall winner will represent the Ninth District at our International Talent Hunt Demonstration in Charlotte, NC. For more information, please contact Ivan Ludley at (817) 487-9936.
